LeavingWhat happens when you leave
When you cancel, you choose what happens to your data. You can keep it on file, or you can delete it. Cancelling by itself just stops your billing. It doesn't touch your data.If you keep it, it remains encrypted on our servers, untouched and unused for any purpose, for as long as you want it there. If you come back, months or years later, your entire health history is waiting for you.If you want your data gone, you just tell us. You can delete your data at the moment you cancel, or later by logging back in and asking us to, or by emailing support@simpafy.com. We will permanently delete all your data from our servers in an unrecoverable way. It's your data. You decide what happens to it.
SecurityHIPAA & security
HIPAA exists to protect your health data when it's shared between parties: doctors, insurers, labs, billing companies. The rules are there because in traditional healthcare, your data passes through a lot of hands.Simpafy doesn't share your health data with anyone except the parties who help deliver the service to you, like the laboratory that runs your blood tests. We don't sell it, we don't give it to advertisers, and we don't let anyone use it for their own purposes. When you explicitly ask us to share with someone you trust, your doctor, a family member, we use security protocols that go beyond what HIPAA requires.Your health data lives inside Simpafy's infrastructure, encrypted at rest and in transit.
MarketingMarketing & third parties
Simpafy does not use your data for marketing or advertising. No third-party advertising partners. No data brokers. No interest-based advertising. No sharing your information with companies who want to sell you things. Many health and bloodwork companies can't say that. Their privacy policies contain language like: "We, our service providers and our third-party advertising partners may collect and use certain of your personal information for marketing and advertising purposes." Some share your information to "facilitate interest-based advertising to those or similar users on other online platforms."Read the privacy policy of any health platform you use. Look for phrases like "advertising partners," "interest-based advertising," or "marketing purposes." If you find them, ask yourself what that means for your bloodwork results, your health history, and your personal information. We don't think using deeply personal health data that way is appropriate. Your data exists to help you understand your health, not to help someone else sell you something.
AIWe use AI to help you. We don't use your data to help AI.
